Chamber Orchestra Deal With Butler
The Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra has reached an agreement to be housed at Butler University’s Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts. ICO Executive Director Elaine Eckhart says the deal is the “single most exciting thing” to happen to the orchestra in its history.
App to Help With Dyslexia
The Indianapolis-based developers of a mobile app to help children with dyslexia are in the midst of a kickstarter campaign. DCODIA allows users to take a picture of a word and the technology reads it to them. The developers are hoping to raise $125,000 through the online effort so the assistive technology can enter the beta testing phase.
