Greensburg — Collection Associates, part of the Receivables Management Partners (RMP) family of companies and a leading provider of accounts receivable management and other outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM) services to the healthcare industry is pleased to announce that its employees came together throughout 2012 to donate more than $5,000, including baby items and school supplies, to local charities.

“Collection Associates has been a part of Indiana and Kentucky communities for over 25 years and during this time, we have always supported those in need,” stated Jessica Gilliam, Client Services Manager. “In 2012, our team’s generosity demonstrated their commitment to support the local communities that Collection Associates serves.”

Each year the Collections Associates team selects charities to support throughout the year. In 2012, the Hospice of Decatur County, Make a Wish Foundation, and the Indiana CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program benefitted from the staff’s generosity. In addition, the Wounded Warriors Project, New Directions, a local shelter for victims of domestic violence and abuse, the victims of the Holton, Indiana tornado and other charities also received donations.

“We truly believe in giving back to our communities, and our team demonstrated that in a tremendous way in 2012. From forming committees to plan charitable giving for the year to reacting to immediate needs, our family of employees lived out our company vision of ‘doing the right thing 100% of the time,’” said Mark Schabel, CEO. “This team’s generous support and commitment to help those in need is just one example of how RMP supports the communities we serve.”
