Sandcreek Baptist Church
Just so you know...YES!!! We are having our annual SOUP SUPPER again. It will be on Saturday evening, Oct. 26.
SAVE THE DATE! More info next week. Our weekly schedule is active and busy.
Our youth are meeting Sunday evenings at 6, and I’m sure they’re making plans for the upcoming soup supper they will be in charge of.
The Faith Singers are practicing at 9 Saturday mornings. We welcome those new voices that joined us last week and encourage others to come sing with us each week.
There is always a need for more names to be added to the list of volunteers for our children’s story time and to be a greeter. The sign-up sheets are in the foyer. Just add your name... more than once if possible.
Remember it’s BRING A FRIEND month at Sandcreek. It’s so good to see all the new faces on Sunday morning.
Well, today is a cold rainy one. Not very pleasant to be out and about in it. It’s time to pull out those heavy coats and sweaters to keep us warm on days like this. I’m sure a warm wooly sweater is much like the way we’d feel in the presence of God –very safe, warm and snuggly. What a pleasant and comforting thought. You might even get a hint of that feeling if you’d come share our 10 a.m. traditional church service Sunday morning. We’ll be looking for you and have your seat saved.
