First Christian Church

The First Christian Church welcomes you Sunday to our worship services at 8 a.m. (traditional) and 10:30 a.m. (contemporary), 425 North Broadway, Greensburg. Sunday School classes are at 9:30 a.m.

The Story continues, taking specific selections from the NIV scriptures and places them in chronological order so the reader can better understand God’s story and how our story intersects with it. Each week, sermons, and lessons will revolve around one chapter from the book. You won’t want to miss out on reading along with us! Participant books are recommended so you can read along with each lesson. The following books are available at christianbook.com: The story for Adults, The Story for Teens (Jr/Sr High), The Story for Kids (third through fifth grade), The Story for Children (K-second grade), The Story for Little Ones (Preschool).

Elev8 classes for children and junior high youth will meet this Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a meal served for children, junior high youth, and volunteers at 5:45 p.m. Senior high Elev8 classes will meet Sunday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a meal served at 5:45 p.m.

Gleaner’s Food Bank will be on the First Christian Church parking lot from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20.

Coming Tuesdays in February to First Christian Church is RUN FOR GOD 5K www.RUNFORGOD.com. This program encourages participants to train their physical bodies along with their spiritual.
