small “treat” if it happens to go along with the story.

You could also sign up to be a greeter and share your smile and a warm hand shake as people come into our church.

Hand them a bulletin and tell them you’re glad they came to share the morning with us. Think about it. The sign up sheet and a pen are on the table in the hallway just outside the sanctuary.

Don’t forget about the “Roast” for Al Doles Saturday, Sept. 7, at the church, from 2 to 4 p.m. Hope you have a good “Al” story to share with us. It’s time to be thinking about the Faith Singers returning to share their voices during the morning worship service. If you’re interested and ready to join them, please meet at the front of the sanctuary, right after the morning

service this Sunday. If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is the time to step forward. We meet for practice Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. Won’t you seriously consider sharing your musical witness and God-given talent with our church?

Hope you’ve had a good day and we’ll look forward to greeting you at Sandcreek on Sunday. Sunday school is at 9 a.m. and our traditional worship service is at 10 a.m. No reservations needed. Bring as many as you can.
