1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cool whip
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 qt. strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry glaze
Melt butter and combine with flour and nuts. Put in 9 by 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Cream together cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar, and pour over crust. Place strawberries over cream cheese mixture and cover with glaze. Refrigerate.
This is an easy, quick dessert:
6 oz. frozen lemonade
1 large can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. container of whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
Let the lemonade defrost a little before mixing with the condensed milk, and then fold in the whipped topping. Put in the crust. Let set overnight and serve.
