The following individuals have been formally charged with crimes or infraction in the Decatur court system. The individuals listed below had not been convicted of these charges at the initial time of filing.

Nov. 8

Daniel J. Estes, 22, charged with possession of marijuana and speeding — exceeding interstate 70 mph limit.

Theresa A. Finney, 54, charged with visiting a common nuisance.

Tiffany C. Thomas, 29, charged with possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Gary A. Moore, 37, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. An Habitual Substance Offender sentence enhancement was added to the charges.

William S. Moore, 68, charged with maintaining a common nuisance.

Nov. 9

Casey L. Robbins, 28, charged with intimidation, domestic battery and criminal recklessness.

David Lee Hooten Jr., 28, charged with fraud on a financial institution and check fraud.

Shayna Lee Campbell, 25, charged with fraud on a financial institution and check fraud.

Nov. 13

William Sherman Zaenglein, 55, charged with public intoxication.

Matthew D. Abell, 27, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Nov. 14

Donald E. Marchbanks, 50, charged with check deception.

Joseph E. Loper, 45, charged with battery resulting in bodily injury.

Samuel Armand Jones, 19, charged with reckless driving and speeding.

Thomas J. Duran, 22, charged with reckless driving and speeding.

Paul D. Baker, 53, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Joshua A. Crawford, 22, charged with driving while suspended.

Carl R. McNicholas, 28, charged with driving while suspended.
