8:12 p.m. - Travis Boyer, 21, 3947 Saint Simons Court, Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of public intoxication. A $155 bond was set.

8:12 p.m. - Stephanie Kappus, 19, 3306 South Parker Avenue, Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, minor consumption and public intoxication. A $305 bond was set.

12:49 a.m. - The Decatur County Sheriff’s Department received a report of an impaired driver near State Road 3.

4:19 a.m. - The Decatur County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a disturbance near County Road 650 South.

12:11 p.m. - The Decatur County Sheriff’s Department received a report of an impaired driver near Highway 421.
