4-H Dairy Cattle Show at 9 a.m. at Fairgrounds Show Arena.

Puppy Pillows for Riley Hospital for Children will be stuffed and sewn at the fair in the Farm and Home Building at 11 a.m. The extension homemakers welcome all who can come help with the finishing of more than 600 pillows we have ready. You can come and go as you desire, but you will need to bring your own thimble. We will have the needles, thread, and Òconversations.Ó If questions, call Janet Bedel at 663-4563.

Decatur County Health Department immunization clinic will be held at 801 N. Lincoln Street, Greensburg. Call (812) 663-8301 for times and eligibility.

Entry of Apples on Parade. Previously prepared entries from 11:30 a.m. to noon, with judging and program on apples at noon in the Farm and Home building. Categories include salads, five ingredients or less and dessert. All dishes need to contain at least one cup of apples and serve four people or more. Recipe must be included.

Barnyard Buddies at 5 p.m. at Fairgrounds, south of Optimist Food Stand.

4-H Leaders Dinner at 6 p.m. at Fairgrounds.

4-H Awards at 7 p.m. at Fairgrounds.

ATV flat drags at 7 p.m. at Fairgrounds grandstand.

July 19

St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Osgood will host a coffee social from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Menu includes homemade bread, coffee cakes, hot ham, cold cuts, tacos, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, green beans, hot potato salad, beef and noodles, salads, beverages and more. All are welcome. Event is a free will offering.

Carnival opens at 6 p.m. at Fairgrounds.

Tom Swain Contest at 6:30 p.m. at Fairgrounds Show Arena.

Lucas Oil Pro Pulling Leagues at 7 p.m. at Fairground grandstand.

July 20

Greensburg Adult Center trip to Rising Star Casino in Rising Sun. Cost is $6 for transportation from the Center by bus. Lunch is on your own.
