Sept. 6

1:30 p.m. - Greensburg Adult Center bowling at Parkside Lanes.

2 p.m. - Farmer’s Market on the courthouse square.

First Fridays at High Point Orchard. Dinner by reservation. Times are 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Call 812-663-4534 to make your reservation for a lovely evening with great food.

Menu includes wedge salad, cider glazed boneless pork chop, scalloped/au gratin potatoes, glazed carrots, dessert.

6:30 p.m. - Bridge at Greensburg Adult Center.

Sept. 7

9 to 11:30 a.m. - Decatur County ABATE charity ride for Decatur County Special Olympics at Cutting Edge Sporting Goods. Kickstands up at noon; after-party begins at 7 p.m.

2 p.m. - Free poultry workshop featuring Twain “Mr. Cluck” Lockhart at Rural King.

4 to 11:30 p.m. - Arts and Cultural Council of Decatur County hosts Moontree Music Festival at High Point Orchard.

Westport Kiwanis Car Show and Barbecue.

Sept. 9

1:30 p.m. Scrabble at Greensburg Adult Center.

4 p.m. - The monthly meeting of the Alzheimer’s Support Group will take place at the REMC. Please note the change in location for this month. Everyone is welcome to attend.

6:30 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center. Knights of Columbus serving fried chicken dinner.

Sept. 10

1 to 3 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

6 p.m. - Pitch-in dinner at Greensburg Adult Center. “Safe in the Harbor” will sing after dinner.

7:30 p.m. - Greensburg Community Schools Board of Education meeting at 1312 West Westridge Parkway.

Sept. 11

1 to 3 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

1:30 p.m. - Canasta at Greensburg Adult Center.

5 to 7 p.m. - College fair at Greensburg Community High School. All high school students are encouraged to attend.
