April 26

6 to 7 p.m. - Greensburg Elementary School cafeteria hosts "Cartoons from Other Countries." This is a cultural awareness event. Come join friends for popcorn and Coke while watching cartoons from other countries.

6:30 p.m. - Bridge at Greensburg Adult Center.

April 27

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Friends of the Library Book Sale at Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library.

Osgood Area Kiwanis is planning fourth annual “O So Good” 5K run/walk.

5 to 7 p.m. - Benefit chicken dinner for Kevin Wallpe, followed by music from Five Lights until 11 p.m. at Batesville Knights of Columbus. Kevin was struck by a car while walking on campus at Kansas State University in Kansas in November and suffered a severe brain injury. All proceeds from the benefit will be used for medical expenses, continued therapy and travel expenses. The dinner is a free will offering and all are invited.

April 28

7 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Pancake breakfast with sausage, biscuits and gravy and "split the pot" at New Point Community Volunteer Fire Department.

1 to 3 p.m. - Friends of the Library Book Sale at Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library.

April 29

1 p.m. - Bridge at Greensburg Adult Center.

1:30 p.m. - Scrabble at Greensburg Adult Center.

6:30 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

6:30 to 8 p.m. - Greensburg History Mystery at Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library. Joan Hostetler, of Heritage Photo and Research Services in Indianapolis, will show 25 vintage images found in Greensburg by roofers in 2012.

April 30

1 to 3 p.m. - Monthly Greensburg Adult Center dance with "Scoop" and the Guys.

1 to 3 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

May 2

4:30 p.m. - St. John's Lutheran Church of Napoleon will have their monthly Coffee Social serving ham, German hot potato salad, homemade coffee cakes and more. Carry-outs are welcome.

6:30 to 9 p.m. - Art on the Square celebrates fifth birthday with evening of pizza, beverages and a silent auction. Award winning artist Larry Rudolech will be painting and visiting with guests. Reservations taken until April 26. Call 663-8600 or email lyndasmith@etczone.com. Cost is $25 per person.
