Miss Tree City 2012 is accepting applications until Sept. 1. Candidates must reside within Decatur County and be between 17 and 22 years of age. Preliminaries will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27 and the winner will be crowned immediately following the Littles on the stage Friday, Sept. 28. The winner of Miss Tree City will be competing for the title of Miss Indiana Festivals later this fall. The 88th Annual Bultman Reunion will be held Sunday, Aug. 26, in the St. John's Lutheran Church basement in Napoleon with a pitch-in dinner at noon. Please bring your favorite food to share, your own soft drinks, table service and items for the white elephant sale. All descendents of Albert, Henry and John Bultman are invited to attend. The handicap-accessible entrance is located on the north side of the church.
