Published August 19, 2008 01:39 am - It’s not everyday a person turns 98. A celebration for the generations It’s not everyday a person turns 98. For Don Redelman that day is today. Redelman was born August 19, 1910 and has celebrated many fine years since. On Sunday, his family helped him celebrate the momentous birthday. The gathering produced a unique mixture of relatives and a chance at family history; five generations of Redelman men in the same place at the same time. Pictured are those five generations, (from left to right) great grandson Allen Redelman II; great great grandson Allen Redelman III; grandson Allen Redelman; Don Redelman; and son Dale Redelman.
