The Greensburg Daily News’s own Natalie Acra dispenses school supplies to students at the Good Shepherd Christian Academy. The educators were pleased to receive the donation made possible by Greensburg Daily News advertisers and subscribers, as well as the efforts of Acra, who spearheaded the project and delivered the items to the school.

When GDN staff learned of a growing concern for kids around the county returning to school without adequate supplies, Acra and others stepped up to provide the essential items. The event has been a success, and Acra plans on organizing a similar program next year.
