  <description>For Decatur County in 2007, DCS received 638 reports of either one or a combination of physical abuse, sexual abuse and neglect. Those report&#8217;s involved 891 of this county&#8217;s children. DCS found sufficient evidence to assign 431 reports to case workers. Of those, 233 had significant enough evidence to submit to the prosecutor for legal action. Eggleston reported 61 of those were sexual abuse, 101 physical and 72 neglect.</description>
