DEAR EDITOR: Congratulations Greensburg!

Dear Editor

Congratulations to the good people of Greensburg and Decatur County. Your efforts to bring the new Honda facility to your community speaks volumes as to the outstanding leadership which is in place throughout the County. Unfortunately, I found it necessary to leave Greensburg three years ago after a 25 year career in banking. My wife and I relocated to LaGrange, Georgia in west-central Georgia. I find it ironic that just 3 months ago, KIA (a Korean auto manufacture), announced plans to build a $2.3 billion assembly plant on 2,500 acres within the county. The local citizens are excited about all the growth that is taking place. I'm sure that the Greensburg community will also experience this same euphoria! Embrace the change and be proud of what is being accomplished.
I will look forward to future visits I make to Greensburg to visit friends and to see the changes that are taking place.
Have a great day, celebrate, and remember to involve the children. This will truly be something they will remember for years to come.
