Crownpointe Retirement Community
Christine McCullough
Sales/Marketing Director

Crownpointe Retirement Community is anxiously awaiting the arrival of Honda, its employees and their families. We offer a beautiful retirement community that includes independent and assisted living with a 24 hour staff and Registered Nurse which will help make the move to Greensburg more accommodating for Honda employees who look after loved ones who are seniors. Many times we see adult children making a location change for a new job and they need a place for their parent or loved one to be comfortable and secure as well. We currently have private apartments of various sizes open and ready to be rented. Crownpointe Retirement Community can provide Honda employees with seniors in their family an easy transition to their new community of Greensburg.

Girl Scouts of Tulip Trace Council
Marcia DeBock
Consulting Director
Organizational Advancement

The great news about incoming economic development to an area served by Girl Scouts of Tulip Trace Council is very exciting for us. Our membership, program, training and volunteer opportunities are planned to enhance and compliment the community, allowing our organization to serve more girls. We congratulate the community and look forward to increasing opportunities to build more girls of courage, confidence and character who will make the world, and this community, a better place.

Hilliard Lyons and Paul M Pank
Senior Vice President
Branch Manager
JJB Hilliard, WL Lyons, Inc.

Honda's arrival in Greensburg "may" have the following immediate effects
on Hilliard Lyons: 1) Property owners who will benefit from the land sale may choose Hilliard Lyons as their Financial Consultant as to how to preserve their
windfall. 2) If the State, City or County issues municipal bonds to raise some of the funds to bring the project to completion we may be invited to participate as an underwriter. 3) More importantly to our office is the immediate feeling of the "good economic outlook" this brings to our community. When people feel that their financial situation is or may improve, they will tend to look at more long term investment proposals.
When Honda does open the plant, we look to see people:
1) Plan more for education, retirement and estate issues. We help council
individuals on their retirement plan choices. We are financial counselors,
already in Greensburg, who have a genuine interest in their well
being. 2) Hopefully some of our existing businesses in town - food, retail,
wholesale etc. - will benefit from Honda's arrival, encouraging
them individually to increase contribution to the retirement plans we
already manage or just to have additional funds to purchase.
Clients may also purchase Honda common stock (HMC on the New York Exchange, trading today at $30.92 per share) as a gesture of faith in the newest local company.

Ford Abstract Corp.
Laura L. Litmer
President
We are extremely enthusiastic about Honda's new venture here in Decatur County. We are a title insurance company dealing with real estate, such as sales and purchase transactions and/or mortgage financing. We are expecting the real estate market to escalate and create tremendous business opportunities.
With being locally owned and operated, we take great pride in our community. We have been based in Greensburg for over 90 years, and as such, we have previously searched and examined most of the property located in Decatur County. This gives us the unique advantage of being able to generate accurate title commitments faster and more efficiently than any other company. We can respond promptly to and address the questions and issues that may arise.
The office has over 40 years of combined experience and the staff is extremely knowledgeable in not only the title insurance aspects, but we are also life-long county residents familiar with the desired areas. Ford Abstract Corp. is underwritten by Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and Stewart Title Guaranty Company, two of the largest and most respected underwriters in the nation. Combining our local expertise and their highly resourceful staff will ensure a quality product issued in an extremely prompt manner, and with the most competitive pricing available.
We have no doubt that our office can manage all transactions and look forward to a great future working in partnership with Honda and any future developments.

College of Technology for Purdue University
Nathan W. Harter, Associate Professor
Department of Organizational Leadership
The College of Technology for Purdue University stands ready to serve
the people of Honda who are interested in education and training. We
have classrooms, faculty, and technology ready to go in Greensburg and
nearby Columbus, with a history of bringing service to you at times and
locations that match your needs.
The Adult Learning Center turns out to have been a wise investment. And
the people of Purdue -- not only your local staff and faculty, but the
staff and faculty of Purdue statewide -- embrace our land grant mission
to reach Hoosiers where they live and work.
We have partnered in the past with Extension Services and Purdue's
Technical-Assistance-Program (or TAP) to create innovative solutions,
and we have plenty of capacity to do more. It is foreseeable that once
Honda needs us to devote the time of one of our faculty to forming a
long-term relationship here on the ground, we can swing into action
quickly. We are already here!
It was with someone like you in mind that we came here, with a range of
degree programs, certificates, specific coursework, and expertise.

Quinco Behavioral Health Systems
Mark Uebel

Quinco and the Solutions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) already serve employers in Decatur County and the surrounding communities. Many of our EAP clients are companies that already serve Honda or would be in a position to expand their business to serve Honda. We expect that Honda's arrival will expand the number and size of business that make parts for them. At the same time, these companies will seek services, such as EAP programs, for their employees to help make their workforce productive. We expect that this will help us to grow our business of providing these services to their employees and families.

Alerding & Co.
Shawwn Storms
Director

Alerding & Co. is a CPA and business consulting firm of approximately 30 associates (5 in Greensburg and 25 in Indy). During the summer of 2004 we decided to make Greensburg the home of our second office outside of our headquarters in Indianapolis. We believed that Greensburg had geographic potential and provided an excellent environment for future economic growth for businesses like those we serve throughout the state. Although Honda is not the type of client we work with, many of the suppliers, supporting businesses and services that will come to Greensburg as a result of Honda are. We are very excited about the future and potential business that will result from Honda’s decision. As a result of this growth we will be moving into different office space and adding more CPAs and staff.

Bright Ideas in Broad Ripple Inc.
S. Thomas Goble
Indianapolis

The new Honda plant will have a very positive effect on businesses throughout Indiana not just in Southeastern Indiana. We are in the promotional products and safety incentive business and have many customers in Greensburg and of course Greensburg has always been home to me. That is one of the reasons we here at Bright Ideas were so happy to see Greensburg picked for the new Honda plant.
We certainly hope that Honda will become a customer of ours but we know that they will have a positive effect on many of our present customers, which means we will be gearing up to serve the Greensburg area. Hopefully with our salespeople and support staff directing more energy to see that everyone involved are successful.

F P B H, Inc. Engineers, Surveyors, Planners, Inspectors
Daniel W. Wright Geologist/Environmental Specialist
North Vernon

We hope to benefit from infrastructure (roads, sewer, water, drainage, storm sewer etc.), site work and survey needs no only for Honda but for all ancillary businesses, governmental and residential needs as well. We believe we are well positioned to handle the needs of Honda or other businesses growing as a result of Honda locating to the area. Not necessarily due solely to Honda, we have acquired an additional surveying and engineering firm (Jim Gorman) with ties to Greensburg. Added three engineers and one architectural urban planner in the past year. It is our hope to be at least tied to success of the entire area.

Plymate, Inc.
Terri P. Warnecke Vice President, Sales
Shelbyville

Plymate Uniform and Mat Service is an independent Indiana company that has been around for over 75 years. In a very competitive industry we are able to thrive due to our ethical business practices, our attention to detail and our relationship based service. Plymate is located less than 15 miles northwest of the new Honda Plant location, in Shelbyville. We have experience servicing many tier 1 and tier 2 automotive supplier plants employing 250 - 1500 people. Due to the flexibility we possess with local ownership we are experts in providing customized uniform and floor mat protection programs. Plymate would be an excellent choice for Honda in providing these services and towel and restroom services. We very much look forward to the excitement and opportunity the Honda plant addition will bring to our community.

LiL' Charlie's Steak and Grill
Tricia Miller
Owner of LiL' Charlie's Steak and Grill

I plan to expand my catering services to Honda. I would love an opportunity to bid on their on-site catering dining room. LiL' Charlie's would need to employ another 10 to 20 employees and buy another catering truck. I am also looking at renting or possibly buying a building in Greensburg.

River Valley Resources
Terri-Ann Albrecht
Director, Research & Program Development

As a partner in the WorkOne system, River Valley Resources has a long history of successfully assisting employers and start-up companies in the area with their employment needs. RVR worked very closely with GECOM, STI and Valeo during their screening, testing and on-the-job training phases. Many of those employees are still there today.
RVR is excited to be a partner with Honda in this new venture. We have served the community as a resource for employment needs for more than 20 years and look forward to continuing to serve our neighbors. RVR is ready and willing to assist Honda in any way.

Elwood Staffing
Vonda Cummings
Branch Manager

Elwood Staffing views Honda’s arrival as a great opportunity for partnership and success with respect to staffing demands. The new Honda facility brings an influx of jobs and applicants to the Greensburg area. Each member of the Greensburg Elwood Staffing team is certified by the American Staffing Association as a Certified Staffing Professional and is competent in all areas of employment law.
In addition, the Greensburg branch currently serves local clients such as Valeo Engine Cooling and Sintering Technologies Inc. which are current suppliers to Honda. Much like Honda, we believe high quality service begins with high quality people. Our sister company already has a staffing relationship with Honda and we hope to do the same in Greensburg.
