---- — First Christian Church

Sunday, Sept. 22, 2013

The First Christian Church, 425 North Broadway, Greensburg, welcomes you Sunday to our worship services at 8 a.m. (traditional) and 10:30 a.m. (contemporary). Sunday School classes are at 9:30 am. The community is invited to a Coffee House from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday. This will be a relaxed atmosphere where you can hear the sermon from the previous Sunday while sharing a cup of coffee with others.

We are excited about our church-wide campaign, “This is Church.” This is an eight-week journey to discover God’s design for the church. Small groups have also launched. Our Wednesday program, Elev8, has kicked off as part of “This is Church.” A meal is offered for children and volunteers from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m., and classes for children, junior high youth and adults will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Senior high youth will study “This is Church” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., on Sunday nights. We’ll conclude our journey with a service Sunday, Oct. 20, a week of service in the community leading up to Trunk-or-Treat on October 26, and a celebration of our journey on Oct. 27. For more information or to get involved in a small group or other program during our church-wide campaign, call the church office at 663-8488.
