---- — Lucille Jane Meadows, 88, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg.
Born, May 8, 1925 in Jefferson County, she was the daughter of Orland and Lizzie (Boardman) Spicer.
Lucille worked as a clerk for Batterton’s Drug Store and also worked at the Fair Store in Greensburg. She was a member of First Church of God in Greensburg.
Lucille married Perry E. Meadows May 8, 2001, and he preceded her in death June 15, 2007.
She is survived by one son; Charles Lee (Deborah) Meadows, Greensburg, two daughters; Velma (Maurice) Miller, Batesville; Marita (John) Fasbinder, Batesville; one sister Doris Ziegler, Florida; 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband; William King, second husband; Robert Batchleor, third husband; Perry E. Meadows, and one son; Clarence Meadows.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 2 at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home, Greensburg.
Funeral Services begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 3 at the funeral home, Rev. Keith Dover officiating.
Burial follows at South Park Cemetery, Greensburg.
