Burney Alumni Banquet at Burney Fire Department. Event is open to all who attended Burney High School. Cost is $19 per person. Reservations are required. For more information, call Bill Baker at 812-546-4816.

Noon to 2 p.m. - Out of the Darkness Walk at Greensburg Community High School.

1:30 to 4 p.m. – The Historical Society of Decatur County will host a homemade ice cream social with “Scoop” and the Guys playing on the lawn.

3 p.m. – Fisher Five Mile Adult Big Wheel Race on the courthouse square.

5:45 – 9:30 p.m. – Spring Art Show at North Decatur High School.

6:37 p.m. – Alanna Story, free concert at First Baptist Church.

7:30 p.m. – Decatur County Arts and Cultural Council Spring Swing at Greensburg’s Hampton Inn. Event offers free swing dance classes. “Sounds of Dreams” Orchestra will play from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. For more information, contact Bill Rethlake at 663-8600.

May 18

10:30 a.m. – Greensburg Wesleyan Church launches first non-traditional church service in the Family Life Center. Service includes a live simulcast and music in a coffee house setting.

May 19

9:15 to 10:15 a.m. – Zumba Gold class at Greensburg Adult Center.

1 to 3:30 p.m. – Living Healthy Workshop at Greensburg Adult Center.

1:30 p.m. – Scrabble at Greensburg Adult Center.

5 p.m. - Greensburg Housing Authority Board meets at City Hall.

6 p.m. – Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

6 p.m. – Board of Works special meeting at City Hall to discuss Millhousen road ditch paving and insurance renewal.

May 20

10 a.m. - National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) meets at Ponderosa in Greensburg.

Noon – Crafts with Connie Webster at Greensburg Adult Center.

1 to 3 p.m. – Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

May 21

9 to 11 a.m. - Children’s Immunization Clinic at Decatur County Health Department.
