Montgomery County: Ball State University’s Department of Anthropology received a $49,782 grant to conduct an archaeological survey of 900 acres. Between 200 and 250 newly identified sites are expected to be added to the state’s archaeological database.
Muncie: The City of Muncie received a $50,000 grant to replace the roof on the Muncie Masonic Temple, now known as Cornerstone Center for the Arts.
North Liberty: The Town of North Liberty received a $49,000 grant to repair and rehabilitate a number of WPA structures and features at the Town Park.
Paoli: Pivotal People of Southern Indiana Inc. received a $30,026 grant to rehabilitate the former Paoli Church in the Paoli Historic District.
