GREENSBURG – Honda Manufacturing of Indiana (HMIN) has made a moving message out of its two flagship automobiles, the Honda Civic and the Acura ILX.
The vehicles have been wrapped with an artistic portrayal of the plant’s young but prolific history, and of its products’ positive impact on the environment.
The Civic and the ILX proudly sit outside the plant entrance for visitors to see, when the vehicles aren’t at a community event on display.
The white Honda Civic on one side features many of the plant’s milestones since beginning mass production in 2008, and the other side features some of the many associates who have helped bring these vehicles to Honda customers over the last five years.
The blue Acura ILX on one side shows an ILX moving through downtown Greensburg near the famous courthouse, and the other side proudly portrays the plant’s sensitivity to the local environment.
