‘Dine for Kids’ Sake’ underway

Greensburg — Big Brothers Big Sisters’ (BBBS) fifth annual “Dine for Kids’ Sake” will be held at several local restaurants throughout the month of February, leading into March.

Several restaurants will donate 10 percent of their daily profits to BBBS.

Throughout the rest of the month of February, Carriage on the Square will be donating to BBBS. Carriage on the Square is located at 117 North Broadway.

Ponderosa Steakhouse will do the same by donating all day Tuesday, Feb. 12. Ponderosa can be found at 312 East Fourth Street.

On Thursday, Feb. 14, Stones in Millhousen will donate all day at its location at 2376 East County Road 820 South.

El Reparo will get into the act from 5 p.m. to close of business Wednesday, Feb. 20. El Reparo is located at 1703 North Lincoln Street. El Reparo is donating 20 percent of its profits to BBBS on this day.

On Friday, Feb. 22, Lincoln Street Grill will donate all day at its location at 1207 North Lincoln Street.

Storie’s will offer an all day donation Feb. 23. That historic Greensburg eatery is located at 109 East Main Street.

From 4 p.m. to close of business, Monday Feb. 25, Pizza King will donate 10 percent of patrons’ checks to BBBS.

Mancino’s, located at 1011 East Barachel Lane, will give 20 percent of its customers’ bills to BBBS all day Feb. 28.

Buffalo Wings and Rings will swoop in with donations just in time for BBBS’ annual “Bowl for Kids’ Sake” March 3.

Throughout the month of March, Just Loafin’ will take donations for BBBS. The new bakery is located at 826 North Michigan Avenue.
