Nov. 30

5 to 8 p.m. - Westport Area Business Association presents Santa’s Village. Christmas tree lighting is at 6 p.m. Santa arrives at 6:30 p.m. Free hot cocoa and cookies follow, in addition to vendors and children’s coloring contests.

Dec. 1

10:30 a.m. - Greensburg Wesleyan Church Christmas concert with Lindsey Graham. This special service will be held at the Decatur County Community School Corporation office on Montgomery Road.

Dec. 2

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Christmas craft day at Greensburg Adult Center.

1:30 p.m. - Scrabble at Greensburg Adult Center.

5 p.m. - Greensburg Board of Works meets at City Hall.

6 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

6:30 p.m. - Christmas storytime at the Greensburg-Decatur County Public library.

7 p.m. - Greensburg City Council meets at City Hall.

Dec. 3

10 a.m. - Christmas storytime at library.

1 to 3 p.m. - Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

Dec. 4

1 p.m. - Bridge and Euchre at Greensburg Adult Center.

1:30 p.m. - Canasta at Greensburg Adult Center.

4 to 6 p.m. - Kids’ Closet of Decatur County will be open at Greensburg City Hall. This will be the last chance to receive winter clothing. Free clothing, both new and gently used, will be given to children from kindergarten through sixth grade. The only requirement is that children be accompanied by an adult.

Dec. 5

10:30 to 11 a.m. - Free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings.

6:30 p.m. - Bridge at Greensburg Adult Center.

6:30 p.m. - Daughters of Isabella will meet at Greensburg’s Knights of Columbus for its Christmas party. Please bring canned food and paper products for the needy baskets. Decatur County Memorial Hospital needs rattles and toys for babies and small children. Meal will be catered.
