Ganassi signs Tony Kanaan

The defending Indianapolis 500 winner has signed an agreement with one of the best-known teams in the IndyCar Series. Tony Kanaan’s multi-year deal with Indianapolis-based Chip Ganassi Racing Teams will begin at the start of his 16th season.

Holy cross to host seminars

Holy Cross College’s Michiana Gerontology Institute will host a series of seminars to provide information on the new health exchanges. The school plans five events over the next two months.

State revenues miss projections

State revenues are nearly $74 million below forecast for the first quarter of the fiscal year. The state budget agency says without the redirection of sales tax collections, as outlined in the current state budget, overall revenues would have increased, compared to the same period last year.
