ANDERSON – A Shelbyville couple pleaded guilty Monday to three counts each of Level 6 felony bestiality for filming and posting online sex acts with their family’s pit bull.
Nikki Colleen Murphy-Johnson, 33, and Jason Erin Johnson, 38, formerly of Anderson, will be sentenced at 1 p.m. Sept. 21 after Judge Thomas L. Clem has time to conduct a pre-sentence investigation.
“It speaks for itself. Nothing needs to be said,” said Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings. “We hope there is some level of civility in the world. Maybe at some level of debauchery, the government should intervene. This is something government should never sanction and say it’s OK.”
Jason Johnson in June and July 2014 used an iPod to videotape several sexual acts between his wife and their dog, Lucky. Those videos were posted on the BeastForum.com website.
