Harold "Oscar" Warner, 67 of Greensburg, Indiana passed away on July 16, 2008 at the Hospice Center in Columbus.

He was born on January 8, 1941 in Locheil, Indiana, he was the son of Harold Warner and Emma Lavone Dean. He married Barbara Ann Clemons on June 2, 1987.

He was an Army Veteran serving from December 1959 to December 1964. He was retired from Federal Mogul Corp in Greensburg and had a great passion for woodworking, painting, and nature.

He is survived by his wife Barbara (Clemons) Warner of Greensburg; three brothers, Neil Warner of Greenwood, Raleigh (Millie) Walters of Middletown, Ohio, Wm. Buck (Rita) Walters of Middletown, Ohio; three sisters, Billie (Doxie) Sissom of Middletown, Ohio, Joyce (Ron) VanWinkle of Gratis, Ohio and Doris (Jim) Gallo of North Vernon; eight children: Paul (Ulonda) Anderson of Westport, Carol Clemons of Greensburg, Sherry (Rick) Beagle of Greensburg, Renota Warner, Robert Warner, Mathew Warner, Holly Warner, Shirley DeBolt, all of Greensburg; nine grandchildren, Brittany Gearhart, Bruce Preston Jones, Johnathan and Ashley Worley, Christopher Dilk, Whitney Jones, Ashton Lunsford, Taylor and Amber Anderson; two step-grandchildren, Zack and Zane Beagle and three great-grandchildren, Natalie, Katie, and Jacob Gearhart.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Stephen Elliott Warner; three sisters and one granddaughter.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Monday, July 21 at the Corner Stone Christian Church in St. Paul, Indiana. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the church with Rev. George Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in the Milford Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family and/or Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Arrangements were entrusted with the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home in Greensburg, Indiana.
