Chad Allen Wamsley, 26, of Williamsport passed away Saturday, Sept. 12 at 4:12 p.m. at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born May 29, 1983 in Batesville to Randy A. Wamsley of Williamsport and Janet Marlott March of Covington. He enjoyed outdoor sports and the Indy 500 race.

He is survived by his parents, daughter Amaya Jordan Wamsley of Veedersburg, sister Shannon (Tyler) Johnson of Crawfordsville, brother Adam Wamsley of Williamsport, grandmother Jacqueline Wamsley of Greensburg, grandparents Phillip and Marion Marlott of Attica, uncle Richard A. (Mary) Wamsley, aunts Gail (Larry) Walsman, Ginger (Dennis) Brown of Greensburg and Genia Wamsley of Evansville. He is also survived by two nieces, Khloe and Abbie Johnson, several cousins and two great uncles, Paul and Robert Clark of Greensburg.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Max Wamsley.

Visitation will be held at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4 - 7 p.m. Graveside services will be conducted by Rev. Mike Bartlett on Friday, Sept. 18 at 1 p.m. at South Park Cemetery in Greensburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through Grady Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.gradyfuneralhome.com.
