Greensburg — Pauline Napier, 83, of New Point, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013, at St. Andrews Health Campus in Batesville.

Born Nov. 24, 1929 in London, Ky. she was the daughter of Thearn & Katherine (Reed) Peterson.

She married Hobert Napier Feb. 25, 1946 in London, Ky. He preceded her in death July 14, 1986.

Mom was a strong and courageous woman. Her strength was gained from her strong belief in God. To occupy her time, mom enjoyed not only her family & friends, going to church, crocheting, gardening, reading the bible, word search, her countless flowers & bingo. Mom cared deeply for everyone she knew, whether it was family or friend. She had the kindest heart and the spirit of God transcended into her daily life. While our mother is no longer with us, she is with us in spirit & she will always be in our hearts.

Pauline is survived by her daughters Betty (Sonny) Davis of Batesville, Abbie (Tim) Bell of Greensburg,  Joyce (Brian) Cross of Greensburg and Peggy (Trevor) Cook of New Point, and son James Napier of New Point.
