---- — Richard E. Wickline, 75, of Greensburg, passed away August 10, 2013 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born October 30, 1937 in Connersville, the son of David and Lucy Mae (Adkins) Wickline.
Richard served in the United States Air Force. After his service, he worked at a machine operator at Ford Motor Company for 31 years before his retirement.
He married Carol Sue Mahoney September 29, 1979 and she preceded him in death December 1, 1995. Richard was also preceded in death by: his parents; his son, Rodney Wickline; his brother, Bob Wickline; his sister, Betty Piper; and great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Clapp and Damian Washburn.
Richard is survived by: his children, Richard A. Wickline of Indianapolis, Robin (Robert) Clapp of Greensburg, Randall (Sharon) Wickline of Burnsville, Russell Wickline of Greensburg, Ryan (Christi) Wickline of Brownsburg; his step-children, John E. Winters of Oklahoma and Angela (Ed) McDonough of Maryland; his sister Helen Wickline of Greensburg; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will begin at 1 p.m. August 14 at Myers-Reed Chapel in Columbus. Family and friends may call at the chapel from 11 a.m. until the time of the service August 14. Burial will follow in the Garland Brook Cemetery.
