---- — Hazle J. Kelso, 92, passed away at Morning Breeze Nursing Home Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014.
She was born in Decatur County Nov. 22, 1921 to James and Emily (Oaks) Tinker.
Hazle was a 1939 graduate of St. Paul High School.
She was a former nurse’s aide at Decatur County Memorial Hospital and she worked in private residential care.
Hazle married to Edward J. Kelso Dec. 8, 1945, and he preceded her in death Nov. 8, 1970.
Hazle is survived by three sons; Stephen (Sally) Kelso, Greensburg, Jeffrey (Brenda) Kelso, Greensburg, Todd (Kathy) Kelso, Greensburg; daughter Pamela (Robert) Winkler, Ft. Myers, Fla.., nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three sisters; Mary Schultz, Kate Miller, and Charlotte “Tillie” Johnston.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral services begin at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home, Rev. Danny Wolford officiating.
Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.
