— Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ginger Volpe, an Associate Broker with Century 21 Chesser Realty. In 2005 & 2006 I was awarded the #1 producing agent within the entire Multiple Listing Service and the entire Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors covering Otsego, Delaware, Chenango & Madison counties. I also was the #1 producing Century 21 agent in over 40 counties in New York State! I have been involved with real estate for the past sixteen years. I feel I have an edge above other agents. I work hard and I have proven results with over $9 million in closed contracts in 2005 and $10.5 million in 2006.

I am a lifelong resident of Oneonta and have been involved in managing investment properties for the past 17 years. My husband Fred and I are the proud parents of Connor, born May 9, 2004. We own and operate a quarterhorse farm on 30 acres in Oneonta. We have two Golden Retrievers, Bailey and Tequila. In my spare time, I enjoy riding my horses, gardening and cooking.
