North Decatur varsity boys basketball coach Kyle Nobbe commented on the league and expressed appreciation for everyone involved in the program.

“I would like to thank all the players, parents, and coaches for their outstanding efforts to improve our basketball program,” said Nobbe. “The coaches used this opportunity to not only teach the players during game action, but to also provide the necessary skill development in the future. For a program to be successful, volunteer coaches and community support must be recognized and appreciated. At North Decatur, we are very fortunate to have the coaching at the youth levels that teach the right things on and off the court. They continued to stress the importance of learning, and not just winning, at this critical stage of development.”

The teams’ combined record was a very respectable 38-26 (.684).
