The Greensburg track and field teams hosted Batesville and East Central Thursday night to open the outdoor season.
The Pirates turned in winning and record-breaking performances.
Highlighting the tri meet for the Greensburg girls was sophomore Taylor McIntosh, who broke the school record in the 100-meter dash.
Senior Mary Kamman won the shot put and discus, while Shelby Pake won the 3200-meter run.
Many personal records were also set by several girls during their first outdoor meet of the season.. Junior Cara Zeigler ran her best time in the 100-meter hurdles.
For the Pirate boys, Kyle Redelman won the shot put with a new personal best.

The Pirates return to action Saturday as they host the Crossbones Relays Carnival.
