North hosts Charger Invitational

The North Decatur track and field teams hosted the Charger Invitational Thursday night.

South Decatur’s boys squad was victorious in the six-team invite.

Complete results will be published in Saturday’s edition of the Daily News.

Cold weather halts Tuesday’s action

The cold temperatures Tuesday afternoon forced the call-offs of more events.

North Decatur varsity track and field, North softball at Rushville, North baseball at Brown County have all been postponed. No makeup dates have been set yet.

For Greensburg, girls tennis scheduled at Oldenburg has been postponed until Wednesday, May 30 away at 5:30 p.m. and will be played at Batesville High School.

Track and field at South Dearborn is postponed until Wednesday, April 16 at South Dearborn at 5:30.

Boys golf at Lawrenceburg is postponed until Wednesday, April 30 away at 5 p.m.

Baseball JV at home versus Connersville is postponed until part of doubleheader with the ninth grade team at home on Thursday, May 8.

JV softball at Jac-Cen-Del has been postponed until part of doubleheader with the varsity squad away at Jac-Cen-Del on Friday, April 18.

South softball games rescheduled

The South Decatur varsity softball games against Hauser and Knightstown have been rescheduled. South will play Hauser Thursday, and Knightstown April 30.
