Rushville man killed in crash

Greensburg — GREENSBURG -- A Rushville man was killed in a two-vehicle accident at State Road 3 and North Carver Thursday morning.

Decatur County Coroner Charity Banks told the Daily News Stephen B. Phillips, 65, was pronounced dead at the scene. Banks has ruled that Phillips died from blunt force trauma to the head and chest.

Preliminary information indicates another crash victim was Lifelined from the scene.

The Indiana State Police are investigating the accident. More information is expected to be made available Thursday afternoon.
