This is a great opportunity to share and receive information about migraines with people who understand. New Point Kiwanis meet the first and third Tuesdays each month, 6:15 p.m. in the basement of New Point Christian Church.

Immunization Clinic at Decatur County Memorial Hospital, 3-7 p.m. Immunization Clinic is open Wednesdays only. We will accept the last patient at 6:45 p.m. in order to close promptly at 7 p.m. The Immunization Clinic is located in the Outpatient Clinic on the first floor by the Admitting/Registration area. The Immunization Clinic is available to all those in Decatur County and the surrounding counties that are in need of immunizations. The Decatur County Community Schools Board of School Trustees has been involved in a process to determine the course of School Corporation programming over the next several years. The members of the Board are now at a point where they need to make major decisions regarding the future of our schools.
In that vein, there will be four meetings conducted during the month of November to explain to the public the options being considered by the Board.The schedule of meetings is as follows:
•Wednesday – South Decatur Elementary 9302 S. CR 420 W.
•Thursday – North Decatur Jr/Sr High School 172 North Indiana 3.
All meetings will begin at 7 p.m. and will be the same in content and format. Although not taking an active part in the meetings, members of the Board of School Trustees will be in attendance to listen to the presentations and any questions that might be submitted by those attending.
